My journey—from West Point to leadership roles in corporate America and entrepreneurship—has always been guided by one mission: helping people unlock their full potential.

After serving as an Army officer, I transitioned into the business world, taking on key roles in operations, commercial support, and human resources. Along the way, I discovered a fundamental truth: Success isn’t just about strategy; it’s about culture. Without the right environment, even the best plans fall apart.

That realization changed the way that I went about my life. It also fueled my passion for helping individuals and teams cultivate cultures where employees feel valued, engaged, and driven to succeed. When people thrive, everything around them gets better. And when team members thrive, teams don’t just improve – they win.

Now, as a motivational speaker, corporate leader, entrepreneur, and author, I use my experience to help individuals, teams, and businesses develop the right mindset and structure to achieve their goals.
